At Lumo, every kit is carefully prepared to create a calm, meaningful planting experience. Because our products include seeds and growing materials, we have a limited return policy to ensure quality and safety for everyone.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used kits.
If your kit arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Growth Disclaimer
Because plants are living things, we cannot guarantee germination or growth, as results may vary based on care, environment, and conditions outside our control. That said, we design our kits to be beginner-friendly and include clear instructions to support successful growth.
